This rub was birthed from necessity. I really needed a great salmon rub and it did not disappoint. When I create a rub that makes me think about it for days after eating, you know the recipe hits just right.
This is a combination of sweet with spicy but the full flavors just linger and you can’t stop eating it.
This works amazingly on salmon but will compliment other fishes and chicken. Hey.. you might even see it excite your pork chops!
