My BBQ journey all started with a small smoker. Trying to emulate the great barbecue I had with each trip to Texas became my challenge. The last 10 years have been filled with experimentation and full stomachs. The personal journey has lead to many conversations around the smoker and a fair amount of trial and error. The effort through the years has enabled the creation of our own spices and evolved into teaching others while making our own, high quality rub mixtures.
“The 2020 pandemic was the catalyst to starting Willy B’s Barbecue. Family and friends sent requests for some of my barbecue rubs. The journey began there and we got off and rolling in June.
Currently, our focus is focused on flavor and selling those to you. This opens the door for you to take a similar journey to create great food! We want this to go beyond just selling products, we want to make a difference along the way.
